PETITION TO INDICT The Government of these United States of America, having been formed under the Constitution and having been duly elected and appointed by the people of these United States of America under the terms of the Constitution, has violated the public trust, terms, conditions and laws of the land as outlined and enshrined within the Constitution of these United States of America. To Wit: (1) The government has approved and entered into a secret treaty with an Alien Nation against the terms of the Constitution and without the advise and consent of the Congress or the people. (2) The government in this treaty has given this Alien Nation land and bases within the borders of these United States of America. (3) The government in this treaty has traded human lives and property for the alien technology and has denied the citizens of these United States of America the lawful protection due them under the Constitution. The property is in the form of livestock and land. (4) In the taking of human lives, property and livestock of the citizens of these United States and in the commission of numerous other abominable and barbarous acts, this Alien Nation has proven to be the mortal enemy of the people, the nation, and all of humanity. Abductions, surgical operations, implantations, biological sampling, impregnations, psychological damage, and other horrors have been and are being performed upon humans by this Alien Nation. For these reasons a state of war now exists and has existed between the people of the United States and this Alien Nation. (5) In approving of, and participating in the crimes outlined in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4 above, the government is in violation of Article II Section 2, Article III Section 3 and several other Articles of the Constitution, and is guilty of and is hereby charged with conspiracy, murder and treason against the people and the Constitution of these United States of America. (6) In the process of aiding and abetting the Alien Nation in the performance of these crimes against the people, the Nation, and humanity, the government, with full knowledge and consent, has murdered, incarcerated, forcibly relocated, brainwashed, drugged, harassed and otherwise interfered unlawfully in the lives of patriots, including a President of the United States, who have attempted to expose this murder and treason. (7) To keep this secret from the Congress and from the people of these United States of America, the Government has financed its Alien involvement through the importation and sale of illegal narcotics to the nations people and specifically to the nations youth. The Central Intelligence Agency has been and continues to be the main instrument in the control of the worlds drug market. “The use of illegal narcotics to finance the Alien connected projects and other black projects will identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society”, is the rationalization used by the Government to justify these heinous and treasonous acts. (8) In the pursuit of bringing all those in or out of the government who are responsible for these acts of conspiracy, murder and treason to justice, the Trilateral Commission, the President, Vice President, the Director of Central Intelligence, certain other members of the Central Intelligence Agency, the Director of the National Security Agency, certain members of the President’s Cabinet, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, those people designated MAJORITY, MAJORITY TWELVE, MJ-12, MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE (MAJI), the JASON SOCIETY or JASON SCHOLARS, the DIRECTOR of the SENIOR INTERAGENCY GROUP (SIG), the National Security Advisor to the President, the Navy Department which has field operational control of all Alien connected projects, and others having taken part in the joint government and alien conspiracy are hereby charged with conspiracy murder and treason. This is to include all those who served in these positions from 1953 up to and including the present administration. (9) We call for the impeachment of the President of these United States, George Bush. He has been a member of MJ-12 and the Trilateral Commission since he was the President and CEO of Zapata Oil. George Bush organized and has headed the narcotics smuggling conspiracy since its beginning. The offshore oil platforms of Zapata Oil were used as staging areas from which the drugs were moved into these United States from Central and South America without passing through customs or undergoing inspection of any kind. We firmly believe that George Bush now heads this shadow government that controls the Alien technology, the military industrial complex, and thus the Nation. The fact that he is now the President of these United States of America makes George Bush the most powerful and dangerous criminal in the history of the world. (10) In the interest of preserving the Consti- tution and the government of these United States of America, and to save and protect the human race, and for no other reason, we bring these charges by the authority of the Constitution of these United States of America, against those named who had full knowledge of and who willfully participated in the violations of Article II Section 2, Article III Section 3 and several other Articles of the Constitution of these United States of America. The government and those individuals named in paragraph 8 and 9 are hereby charged with conspiracy, murder and treason. (11) In the interest of preserving the Consti- tution and the government of these United States of America, we ask full pardon in exchange for full disclosure. We ask the Judicial branch of the government to honor this request for all guilty conspirators who voice full disclosure by May 30, 1989. We ask the Judicial branch to give no mercy to those who persist in this conspiracy, murder and treason. (12) We hereby, and in the name of the people and by the authority of the constitution, charge the government to cease aiding and abetting and concealing this Alien Nation which exists within our borders. We charge the government to cease all conspiracies, operations, projects, treaties, and any other involvement with this Alien Nation. We charge the government to order this Alien Nation and all of its members to leave the United States and this earth immediately, now and for all time, by November 1, 1989, and we charge the government to enforce this order. We further charge the government to make a complete disclosure of its alien conspiracy to the American people prior to May 30, 1989 and to make a full accounting for its actions. We charge the Congress to order this to be done and we charge the Congress to enforce this order. (13) Should the Executive, Judicial, and Legis- lative branches choose to ignore these charges, we hereby swear upon the Constitution that we will not rest until this conspiracy and these crimes are exposed to the American people. The tabloid stuff that a previous submitter did not wish to see, but backed up by a disturbing reaction from the FBI’s National Crime Information Computer. Maybe the tabloids aren’t all that off base after all. The Human Mutilation Factor by Don Ecker In the last forty years of UFO research, one of the most baffling questions that have plagued researchers has been “Is the UFO Phenomenon dangerous to humanity?” Over the years, there have been numerous cases where the phenomenon has figured into human deaths, but as a rule, most cases have been officially ruled accidental. When speaking of cases where death has resulted, usually most assume cases where military pilots have died as a result of “chasing” the phenomenon. One of the most famous of these military chases that is discussed when ever the subject of death and UFOs is raised, is the famous “Mantell Case”. This case is so well known that I will not discuss it here, but there are many others. In one of the less well known cases, during the mid 1950’s, a military jet interceptor was observed on radar being “absorbed” into a UFO over the Great Lakes. No trace of pilot or aircraft was ever found. In another case reported in the excellent work “Clear Intent” was the case of the “Cuban MIG Incident”. In this case a Cuban MIG was locking on his weapons radar when the aircraft exploded in mid*air. The wing man was certain that the UFO had fired some type of weapon, but other than the jet exploding, no other smoke, flame or other obvious weapon firing was observed. The matter of either overt or covert hostility on the part of UFOs has always been treated warily by serious researchers. On the one hand, if the enigma is hostile, then several questions must be faced. What if anything should the powers in authority tell the public? Is the government capable of handling a threat of this type? Is the public ready to face an issue as potentially terrifying as a “possible threat from somewhere else?” Other than incidents involving military involvement, have there been cases where civilians have been injured or killed during some type of UFO encounter? Is it possible that the reported cases of UFOs and their occupants abducting unwilling humans for some type of medical or genetic experimentation could be true? Now, if any of this is factual, then what ramifications do the Human Race face in light of the above? According to Mr. Phil Imbrogno, during the research that led to the writing of “NIGHT SIEGE The Hudson Valley UFO Sightings” by Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Philip Imbrogno, and Bob Pratt, Imbrogno has stated that on several occasions, Hynek specified that he wanted no mention of the dozens of human abductions that they had already uncovered at that time, to be mentioned in the book. Hynek was afraid of the adverse publicity if word of this aspect leaked out to the public. After Hyneks death, Imbrogno stated publicly on Compuserve and other public forums, facts of abductions, animal mutilations, and EVEN several cases of mysterious deaths of humans, that he indicated COULD possibly be linked to the UFO Phenomenon. While researching several stories for UFO Magazine, I interviewed a number of prominent UFOlogists, over the last several months, and in each case, the question of human deaths, in connection with animal mutilations, invariably was raised. Most readers of this text will be familiar with Mr. John Keel, who many regard as the last of the Great UFOlogists. From the earliest days of modern UFOlogy, Keel has been a force to reckon with. The author of numerous books that address various aspects of UFOlogy, and magazine articles too numerous to mention, Keel has a unique slant on the subject that most will never experience. According to Keel, the phenomenon has always had an unexplained hostility towards humans, that have led to untold numbers of deaths. While Keel will be the first to explain that he rejects the ET hypothesis, he does not doubt the phenomenon a bit. In what many UFOlogists consider as one of Keels best works “The Mothman Prophecies”, E. P. Dutton & Co., Inc. 1975, Keel related report after report of animal mutilations involving cattle, dogs, horses and sheep, and also related what were called “vampire killings” of four humans in Yugoslavia, were the victims were “mutilated and drained of blood”. After having spoken to John Ford, the Chairman of the Long Island UFO Network, for a news story for UFO Magazine, I became even more convinced that the aspect of potential UFO hostility should be investigated. Ford relayed a numbing number of animal mutilations, human disappearances, human abductions, covert Federal involvement in areas that suffered high numbers of animal mutilations, and even armed military helicopters that chased UFOs over civilian communities. Ford, who is a officer of the Federal Court system, did investigations into the disappearances of mostly young adults over a year period, in areas of high UFO overflights, and after having several personal friends who were police officers of the local municipalities look into the situation, came to the conclusion that the facts were being suppressed. The reason given was that there was “no need to panic the public.” Although no iron clad proof can be made for direct UFO intervention, the circumstances are extremely suspect. After growing up in an age where the entire human race can be decimated by nuclear, biological and chemical weapons, the human race somehow manages to keep slogging on. I have seen more people “panicked” over a shortage of gasoline than imminent nuclear holocaust, yet somehow when the subject of UFOs crop up, the government doesn’t want to panic anyone. It really makes me wonder what they know, that I should. I really don’t think that they are going to talk to anyone soon, as you shall soon see. In January, 1989, it came to the attention of the MUFON State Director of Idaho, Mr. Don Mason, that cattle mutilations had occurred once again in the southeastern section of Idaho. After an investigation by a MUFON investigator, the facts were as follows. The animals ( two cattle, same night, but each owned by different ranchers ) were “somehow” killed, sexual organs removed, body fluids drained, patches of hide “surgically” removed. All the appearances of what is today considered to be a classic case of animal mutilation. As of this date ( February 15, 1989 ) the final lab reports are not back yet, but already the Sheriffs Department has labeled it a “cult killing.” No tracks, tire or human, around the animals even though it had just rained, no unusual activity reported by the ranchers that evening, and one animal was found next to an occupied house. One of the ranchers admitted that this was the second time he had been “hit” by the mysterious mutilators. The last incident had only been a bit over a year previously, and they were worried enough that all had their “deer rifle” within easy reach. After having been personally involved in an investigation of cattle mutilations as a police officer back in 1982, I was very familiar with the “cult” theory of perpetrators. The Idaho Department of Law Enforcement drags it out every time there is a new rash of mutilations. The problem is, and every one is aware of it, that no one has yet been brought to trial, or arrested yet for these crimes. Out here in the west, people know that you are flirting with a ranchers bullet if you are caught fooling around with the ranchers cattle. They are his livelihood, and he will defend it. Yet, the mutilations keep occurring, and no one is any the wiser, or are they? With the subject of animal mutilations fresh in everyones mind, I was once again speaking to Don Mason, when he informed me that the investigator that had been assigned to the above mentioned case had come across a very mysterious death of a man back in 1979. According to the report, two hunters in the Bliss and Jerome area of Idaho had literally stumbled across the nude body of a man that had been hideously mutilated. The body was in the literal middle of nowhere, nude except for a pair of underpants, his sexual organs had been removed, his lips sliced off, and several other classic mutilation cuts. Although he was in very rugged country, his bare feet were not marked as if he had walked in that terrain, but yet no other tracks, animal or human were evident anywhere. After the police were notified, an intensive search was mounted, and miles away, the mans possessions were recovered, yet no one yet knows how the body ended up where it was found, or even more importantly, what happened to him. It should be noted that this area also had over the years, many unexplained UFO reports and cattle mutilations. Now I must explain that I had very mixed feelings about whether I wished to attempt to explore this subject any further, or allow sleeping dogs to lie. On the one hand, I wanted more than anything to discover just what was occurring, and on the other, I realized that this had the potential to backfire on someone that disturbed the status quo. I was familiar with reports of human abductions and mutilations that had surfaced in the last several years in reports such as the Lear documents, Grudge 13 reports and others, but yet I was not sure what I believed, or even if there was anything to believe. I ran across a friend that was still employed with a police department in this area who was a detective. I had mentioned to him the recent cattle mutilations, and what I suspected in the above mentioned case of a human that had been mutilated. Scot had also been involved in the last several years with several cases of mutilations that he had been called upon to investigate, always with negative results. He was as curious about this phenomenon as I was, and since he was still an active duty police officer, he had access to the department computer, to access the NCIC system that is maintained in Washington D. C. by the FBI. After giving Scot the criteria for a search of unexplained human deaths, that involved factors of mutilation, I asked that the search go back to at least 1973, involving this area of the Northwest. Scot ( not his real name ) ran the request through the department computer. As he mentioned at the time, he had expected to get realms of reports back that we would have to wade through, to get to the reports that would be are further study. Scot ended up requesting that the inquiry be run back to 1970, and involve not only Idaho, but also Utah, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington states. Because of the magnitude of this search, Scot stated that it would take about one week to get the results back into his department. As a side note, for anyone that is not familiar with the NCIC system, it is a national data bank for Law enforcement agencies all across the United States. It is maintained and controlled by the Federal Burea of Investigation, at FBI headquarters, in Washington D. C. On the 14th of February, Scot contacted me in person, and appeared very troubled. His exact words were that “something is really screwy, Don.” “I got the request back from NCIC on Monday, and there has gotta be something wrong. They told me that they had NO unsolved murders at all, zero, that met that criteria. THAT ANY FURTHER REQUESTS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE BY VOICE, TELEPHONE CALL, WITH PROPER AUTHORIZATION. Somebody is sitting on something, big as Hell.” I also knew that something was as screwy as hell. After all, anybody that has had any dealing with law enforcement knows about the “Green River Killer” in Washington state. This serial killer is credited with at least 30 to 40 murders of young women, and to this date, the case is as big a mystery as ever. Many of the killings showed some types of mutilation, and if nothing else, at least some of these homicides should have shown up. Once more, as a side note, I had been warned by a prominent UFOlogist, that there was a lid “screwed down tighter than you would believe in regards to human mutes.” I also was warned that in order to break through the secrecy, was going to be a long and sometimes weary job, but that if enough persistence was applied, then it was possible to get to the bottom of this facet of the UFO enigma. Do I think that this can be solved, along with the rest of the puzzle? Yes, I do, because I think that the secrecy can only be maintained for so long, and then no longer. I also believe very strongly that only if the entire UFO community works in concert will this be accomplished, and the infighting and arguments MUST CEASE for the good of us all. On the ParaNet system and on Compuserve, I wrote and uploaded a file entitled LIGHT.TXT, and in UFO Magazine Vol. 3, No. 5 I called for a UFO summit to be held in order to get the UFO community organized and to present a unified front. Only by a unified front, and calling for Congressional hearings, will this lid ever get torn off, and the truth that is suppressed be brought to the light of day. I have decided to come out of the closet and let the UFO community know everything that I know and have seen and that my sources have communicated to me over the last 17 years regarding the UFO question. The AQUARIUS document released by Moore which he claims was given to him by Mr. Graham was changed and I am including a reconstructed document as it was presented to me by one of my sources. I am also including all the information (in short form) that I presently have regarding the U.S. Government and the Aliens. This information has been reviewed by 3 different people who know the information but do not know each other and they have made some corrections to the document. If the information deviates somewhat from information that I have previously released it is due to those corrections. My previous information was from memory of documents seen over 16 years ago and I am pleased that my memory has withstood the rigors of time quite well. The letter from the man who participated in Project PLUTO is right on the money although he mistook the term PLUTO\/POUNCE as being project PLUTO that he worked on. He was a part of POUNCE which comes under Project PLUTO thus PLUTO\/POUNCE. The first word is always the Proword and parent project while the second word is the project itself. Another FEDEX file contains the account of a man who worked at AREA 51 in Nevada and stumbled upon Project REDLIGHT. The correct name is GRUDGE\/REDLIGHT. I have information now (its about time) that the existance of Project GABRIEL has been confirmed. The weapon was developed and assembled at Ling Tempco Vought in Anahiem California. It was described to me as being able to totally level ANY man made structure from a distance of 2 miles. It was tested at White Sands Proving grounds. It was developed between 1975 and 1978. It is a long horn shaped device connected to a computer and amplifiers. I have also confirmed the existance of an alien craft at a hanger at Edwards AFB. The hanger is at North Base. It has been guarded by NON Edwards personnel (NRO – DELTA). The guards had a badge that was red with a black triangle on the face of the badge. No one was allowed near the hanger without the badge. These people are no longer guarding the hanger. The Edwards security force are instructed to check the hanger each hour and report status. The hanger is locked and no one is allowed inside. Edwards security personnel have been instructed never to enter the hanger even if it has been broken into. [Start of File.] November 11, 1989 ParaNet Information Service (Denver, CO)–This evening saw perhaps an unprecedented event in UFOlogy. KLAS-TV in Las Vegas, Nevada has been airing a UFO special during the evening news which began on Monday dealing with the UFO mystery and cover-up. The series, which has been covered by ParaNet, began its coverage with a history of UFOs beginning in the late 1940s and moving forward through the numerous sighting reports to the cattle mutilations, which was aired last evening. As promised at the close of last evening’s show, George Knapp, a news anchorman for Channel 8 in Vegas, stated that a scientific person would be featured on tonight’s program who has claimed to work at Area 51, the government’s super-secret test range at Nevada Test Site at Mercury, Nevada. Indeed, quite a story was told by Robert Lazar, a physicist who claimed that he had worked on a project at Area 51 involving flying disks provided by alien intelligences. Over the last year, ParaNet has carried stories relating to possible involvement with the government in projects of this nature at the Nevada test site. Up to now, the stories have been of a very speculative nature. Although the material presented by Robert Lazar remains unconfirmed, enough information has been disclosed that ParaNet’s large investigative staff in Nevada has started an intensive investigation into this release. Both Lazar (formerly known only as “Dennis”) and Lear have appeared on Channel 8 — Lear appearing on numerous occasions together will Bill Cooper discussing Lear’s famous ‘ET Hypothesis.’ On a past KLAS-TV report, Lear was shown to have traveled to locations appearing to overlook the test site which purportedly provided a good view of the objects as they flew into the night sky. Lear attempted to shoot video of an object as it maneuvered through the night sky during last summer, however nothing was captured on the tape of a substantive nature. Lear also relates that his group was harassed by a Lincoln County sheriff following his attempts to take the pictures. Below is a transcript of the program that aired this evening. All paragraphs out of quotes are the narrator of the segment. We were as accurate as possible on the transcription, however there are a couple of places where comments were edited out due to inability to understand what was being said. Further reports will be provided as information becomes available. ================================================================= We’ve been working on the story for some time….UFO researchers claim that there is a secret government within our government. Now this may be hard to believe coming from the UFO perspective, but we have learned that Watergate and the Iran Contra scandal that factions within our government can and do pursue their own hidden agendas outside of the law; outside the control of the Congress or the knowledge of the American people. This is exactly the type of operation that we hear about tonight. It’s a chilling scenario with worldwide implications that may have its roots right here [Las Vegas, Nevada]. Area 51, that mysterious corner of the Nevada Test Site, is no longer considered a secret. The fact that secretive things go on here isn’t evident; even to the Soviets who make daily spy flights over the facility to take a peek at what’s going on. These photos, never before shown in public, are about as close as anyone will ever come to seeing what the place looks like again. The dry bed at Groom Lake, the corrugated buildings, a three-mile long runway and some highly sophisticated radar and detection equipment. Its been known by many names over the years — Dreamland; The Ranch; The Skunk Works. If ever there was a place to test the secret new technology, this is it. And that’s exactly what has been done here for decades. Area 51 is where Francis Gary Powers and the other U-2 pilots were trained in the 50s. And, where the U-2 itself was developed. The SR-71 spy plane that spotted Soviet missiles in Cuba in the early 60s were also developed at 51. 51 is where Stealth technology was nurtured, where Star Wars devices are still tested, and where all manner of CIA [unknown] business has been plotted and refined. It’s the perfect place for secret things, but of course, that’s no secret. 51 is ringed by the forbidden vastness of the Nevada test site; by the looming Groom Mountain and by sparsely populated desert expanses. But the people that do live out here have no love lost for the military, but they’re conservative, patriotic and they mind their own business. Interviewer questioning a nearby resident of Area 51: “Ever see something that you can’t explain?” Resident: “Sure, lots of times.” Interviewer: “Care to elaborate?” Resident: “No.” (Laughter). On any given night at the Rachel Bar and Grill, you might find three or four people who work at Area 51. They are among the flowing Budweiser and the cowboy hats. You might find them, but they are not going to talk to. Not about the things that they have seen over the mountain. A steady trickle of curiosity- seekers flows through here; strangers, drawn by strange stories of lights in the night sky. Their questions also go unanswered. No one who has worked at Dreamland has ever publicly acknowledged what so many people have suspected for years: That alien technology is being tested in the Nevada desert. The speculation first surfaced in documents obtained by UFO researchers. Documents about something called Project Aquarius. The document allegedly prepared for an organization called MJ-12, states that a program to fly recovered alien spacecraft was established in 1972 and is continuing in Nevada. The National Security Agency has confirmed it does have a Project Aquarius but denies that it has anything to do with flying saucers. NSA will not say what Project Aquarius is. Speculation was heightened in 1984, when the Air Force seized nearly 90,000 acres around Groom Lake. The action was, by most accounts, illegal. During Congressional hearings about the land grab, Congressman John Siberling grilled the military about the legal authority used in the action and was told the authority was at a much, much higher level than the Air Force. Siberling asked what authority is higher than the laws of the United States? The Air Force official said he could respond, but only in a closed briefing. In 1987, when the Air Force sought to renew its stranglehold on the Groom range, news articles once again mentioned the talk about alien spacecraft and subsequent articles in national magazines quoted un-named sources about things of alien origin flying in Nevada. Things that would make film-maker George Lucas drool. Despite the speculation, no one who knew Area 51 from the inside ever talked publicly about the saucer story. Bob Lazar: “Well, there’s several uh, actually nine uh flying saucers, flying disks that are out there of extraterrestrial origin.” The live interview with the shadowy “Dennis” drew international attention. Portions were broadcast by radio in six European countries, and in a nationally televised TV special in Japan. Despite numerous inquiries and “feelers,” “Dennis” has remained anonymous until now. His real name is Robert Lazar. A young scientist with eclectic interests. The choice of “Dennis” was an inside joke — he says that’s the name of his superior at Groom Lake. It wasn’t a joke to Dennis. Lazar: “He called right after and said, ‘Do you have any idea what we’re going to do to you now?’ and I said no, and he hung up the phone.” Lazar’s story is by any standard, fantastic. He says he’s telling it in order to protect himself. He said he was hired to work in area called S-4 which is a few miles south of Groom Lake. At S-4, he says, are flying saucers, anti-matter reactors and other working examples of technology that is seemingly beyond human capabilities. Lazar: “Right. This stuff came from somewhere else. I know it is hard to believe, but it is there and I saw it. I know what the current state-of-the-art is in physics and it it can’t be done.” Checking out Lazar’s credentials proved to be a difficult task. He says he holds degrees in physics and electronics, but the schools that we contacted say they’ve never heard of him. He says he also worked as a physicist at Los Alamos National Labs where he worked with one of the world’s largest particle beam accelerators, a half-mile long ‘behemoth’ capable of generating seven-hundred million volts. Los Alamos officials told us they have no record of Robert Lazar ever working there. They were either mistaken or were lying. A 1982 phone book from the Lab lists Lazar right there among the other scientists and technicians. A 1982 news clipping from the Los Alamos newspaper profiled Lazar and his interest in jet cars. It, too, mentioned his employment at the Lab as a physicist. We called Los Alamos again, and an exasperated official told us he still had no records on Lazar. EG&G, which is where Lazar says he was interviewed for the job at S-4, also has no record. It’s as if someone has made him disappear. Lazar: “Well, they’re trying to make me look non-existent to the places that I called….” Interviewer: “Explain. Called where?” Lazar: “Well, the schools that I went to; the hospital that I was born at; past jobs, and nothing comes up with my name on it.” He smiles, but out of futility, knowing the whole thing must sound ridiculous. According to Lazar, his employer was the United States Navy. He says he and other government employees would gather near EG&G, fly to Groom Lake, then a very few people would get into a bus with blacked out or no windows and drive to S-4. Interviewer: “You get off the bus, what do you see?” Lazar: “A very interesting building. Its got a slope of probably about 30 degrees which are hangar doors, and it has textured paint on it, but it looks like sand. It’s made to look like the side of the mountain that it is in, whether it’s to disguise it from satellite photographs or what….” He says he was never told exactly what he would be working on, but figured it had something to do with advanced propulsion. On his first day he was told to read a series of briefings, and immediately realized how advanced the propulsion really was. Lazar: “The power source is an anti-matter reactor. They run gravity amplifiers. There is actually two parts to the drive mechanism. It’s a bizarre technology. There is no physical hookups between any of the systems in there. They use gravity as a wave using wave guides that look like microwaves.” It took awhile, Lazar says, before he actually saw one of the flying disks, however there were hints everywhere. Lazar: “Right. They had a poster, and it looked like a commercial poster, like it was lithographed, like you could buy it at K-Mart or someplace, but they were all over the place and it had the disk that I coined the term ‘the floor model’ which lifted off the ground about 3 feet out at the area, in the Dry Lakes area, and the caption on it said ‘They’re here.’ These posters were all over the place.” Later, he got to see the real thing. Lazar: “When I was led in, it was the first time that I saw the ‘floor model’ in the hangar sitting down, and I was told they could have walked me in the front door but they purposely wanted to walk me by it. I was told not to say anything and to keep my eyes forward and walk past the disk to the office area. And I did. And as we went by it, I just kinda stuck my hands on it, just to run it alongside the thing and uh ….After that I got to see actually lift off the ground and operate.” Interviewer: “You actually got to see more than one?” Lazar: “Yeah. The hangars are all connected together. There are large bay doors between each one. There were nine total that I saw, each one being different. Like they had the assortment pack.” Security at S-4 was oppressive Lazar said, and his superiors used fear and intimidation almost as a brainwashing tool. Lazar: “They did everything but physically hurt me.” Interviewer: “They put a gun to your head?” Lazar: “Yeah.” Interviewer: “You mean they actually put a gun to your head?” Lazar: “They did that even in the original security briefing. Guards there with M-16s. Guys there slamming their fingers into my chest, screaming into my ear, they were pointing weapons at me. Like I said, it’s not a good place to work.” That fear factor would surface later. Lazar agreed to undergo a polygraph exam as part of this report. Polygrapher Ron Clay asked about the technology that Lazar had seen. Polygrapher: “Did you knowingly lie when you had actually seen anti-gravity propulsion in operation?” Lazar: “No.” The results of this exam were inconclusive. Lazar appeared to be truthful on one test; deceitful on a second. Clay recommended that a second examiner be brought in. Polygrapher Terry Tabernetti (sp?) runs a corporate security operation and is a former Los Angeles police officer. He put Lazar through four tests and concluded there were no attempts to deceive. Tabernetti sent his test results to a third polygrapher who agreed the results appeared truthful. The charts were then sent to a fourth examiner who did not agree suggesting that Lazar might be relating information he’d learned from someone else. The polygraphers concurred and decided they would not issue a final statement on truthfulness until more specific testing can be conducted. And that’s where it stands. Tabernetti believes the difficulty in determining Lazar’s truthfulness stems from the fear that was drilled into him. Lazar: “Well, I am telling the truth. I’ve tried to prove that. What’s going on up there could be the most important event in history. You’re talking about contact, physical contact and proof from another planet, another system, another intelligence. Thats got to be the biggest event in history, period. And, it’s real and it’s there. And I had an extremely small part in it. I’m convinced that what I saw is absolute proof of that. There is no way that we could have created those disks. There is no way we could have made the disks, the power supplies, anything that goes with it.” Lazar says he has no intention of going on any UFO lecture circuit. He is not looking to do any additional interviews. In fact, he was not too crazy about doing this one. He did it after certain unfavorable things started happening in his life, and he did it because he feels that whoever is running the show up at S- 4 is perpetrating a fraud on the American people and the scientific community. The project was funded by CIA confidential funds (non-appropriated) and money from the illicit drug trade. Participation in the illegal drug trade was justified in that it would identify and eliminate the weak elements of our society. The purpose of project GRUDGE was to collect all scientific, technological, medical and intelligence information from UFO\/IAC sightings and contacts with alien life forms. This orderly file of collected information has been used to advance the United States Space Program. MJ-12 is the name of the secret control group. President Eisenhower commissioned a secret society known as THE JASON SOCIETY (JASON SCHOLARS) to sift through all the facts, evidence, technology, lies and deception and find the truth of the alien question. The society was made up of 32 of the most prominent men in the country in 1972 and the top 12 members were designated MJ-12. MJ-12 has total control of everything. They are designated by the code J-1, J-2, J-3, etc all the way through the members of the Jason Society. The director of the CIA was appointed J-1 and is the Director of MJ-12. MJ-12 is responsible only to the President. MJ-12 runs most of the worlds illegal drug trade. This was done to hide funding and thus keep the secret from the Congress and the people of the United States. MJ-12 asasinated President Kennedy when he informed them that he was going to tell the public all the facts of the alien presence. A secret meeting place was constructed for MJ-12 in MARYLAND and it was described as only accessible by air. It contains full living, recreational, and other facilitys for MJ-12 and the JASON SOCIETY. It is code named “THE COUNTRY CLUB”. Only those with TOP SECRET\/MAJIC clearance are allowed to go there. MAJI is the MAJORITY AGENCY FOR JOINT INTELLIGENCE. All information, disinformation, and intelligence is gathered and evaluated by this agency. This agency is responsible for all disinformation and operates in conjunction with the CIA, NSA, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. This is a very powerful organization and all alien projects are under its control. MAJI is responsible only to MJ-12. SIGMA is the project which first established communications with the aliens and is still responsible for communications. PLATO is the project responsible for Diplomatic relations with the aliens. This project secured a formal treaty (illegal under the Constitution) with the aliens. The terms were that the aliens would give us technology. In return we agreed to keep their presence on earth a secret, not to interfere in any way with thier actions, and to allow them to abduct humans and animals. The aliens agreed to furnish MJ- 12 with a list of abductees on a periodic basis. MAJIC is the security classification and clearance of all alien connected material, projects, and information. MAJIC means MAJI controlled. AQUARIUS is a project which compiled the history of alien presence and their interaction with Homo Sapiens upon this planet for the last 25,000 years and culminating with the Basque people who live in the mountainous country on the border of France and Spain and the Syrians. GARNET is the project responsible for control of all information and documents regarding this subject and accountability of the information and documents. PLUTO is a project to evaluate all UFO\/IAC information pertaining to space technology. POUNCE is the project formed to recover all downed\/crashed craft and aliens. REDLIGHT is the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada. It was aided when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us. SNOWBIRD was established a a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unvieled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been the SNOWBIRD craft. LUNA is the alien base on the far side of the Moon. It was seen and filmed by the Apollo Astronauts. A base, a mining operation using very large machines, and the very large alien craft described in sighting reports as MOTHER SHIPS exist there. NRO is the National Recon Organization based at Fort Carson, Colorado. It is responsible for security for all alien or alieen craft connected profects. DELTA is the designation for the specific arm of the NRO which is especially trained and tasked with security of these projects. JOSHUA is a project to develop a low frequency pulsed sound generating weapon. It was said that this weapon would be effective against the alien craft and beam weapons. EXCALIBUR is a weapon to destroy the alien underground bases. It is to be a missile capable of penetrating 1000 meters of Tufa\/hard packed soil such as that found in New Mexico with no operational damage. Missile appogee not to exceed 30,000 feet AGL and impact must not deviate in excess of 50 meters from designated target. The device will carry a 1 megaton nuclear warhead. ALIENS, there were 4 types of aliens mentioned in the papers. A LARGE NOSED GREY with whom we have the treaty, the GREY reported in abductee cases that works for the LARGE NOSED GREY, a blond human like type described as the NORDIC, a red haired human like type called the ORANGE. The home of the aliens were described as being a star in the Constellation of Orion, Barnards star, and Zeta Riticuli 1&2. I cannot remember even under hypnosis which alien belongs to which star. EBE is the name or designation given to the live alien captured at the 1949 Roswell crash. He died in captivity. KRLL OR KRLLL OR CRLL OR CRLLL pronounced Crill or Krill was the hostage left with us at the first Holloman landing as a pledge that the aliens would carry out their part of the basic agreement reached during that meeting. KRLL gave us the foundation of the yellow book which was completed by the guests at a later date. KRLL became sick and was nursed by Dr. G. Mendoza who became the expert on alien biology and medicine. KRLL later died. His information was diseminated under the pseudonym O.H. Cril or Crill. GUESTS were aliens exchanged for humans who gave us the balance of the yellow book. At the time I saw the information there were only 3 left alive. They were called (ALF’s) Alien Life Forms. RELIGION The aliens claim to have created Homo Sapiens through hybridization. The papers said that RH- blood was proof of this. They further claimed to have created all of our major religions. The showed a hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed. They claim that Jesus was created by them. ALIEN BASES exist in the four corners area of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Nevada. Six bases were described in the 1972 papers, all on indian reservations and all in the four corners area. The base near Dulce was one of them. MURDER The documents stated that many military and government personnel had been terminated (murdered without due process of law) when they had attempted to reveal the secret. CRAFT RECOVERYS The documents stated that many craft had been recovered. The early ones from Roswell, Aztec, Roswell again, Texas, Mexico, and other places. GENERAL DOOLITTLE made a prediction that one day we would have to reckon with the aliens and the document stated that it appeared that General Doolittle was correct. ABDUCTIONS were occurring long before 1972. The document stated that humans and animals were being abducted and or mutilated. Many vanished without a trace. They were taking sperm and ova samples, tissue, performed surgical operations, implanted a spherical device 40 to 80 microns in size near the optic nerve in the brain and all attempts to remove it resulted in the death of the patient. The document estimated that 1 in every 40 people had been implanted. This implant was said to give the aliens total control of that human. CONTINGENCY PLAN SHOULD THE INFORMATION BECOME PUBLIC OR SHOULD THE ALIENS ATTEMPT TAKEOVER. This plan called for a public announcement that a terrorist group had entered the United States with an Atomic weapon. It would be announced that the terrorists planned to detonate the weapon in a major city. Martial Law would be declared and all persons with implants would be rounded up along with all dissidents and would be placed into concentration camps. The press, redio, and TV would be nationalized and controlled. Anyone attempting to resist would be arrested or killed. CONTINGENCY PLAN TO CONTAIN OR DELAY RELEASE OF INFORMATION This plan called for the use of MAJESTIC TWELVE as a disinformation ploy to delay and confuse the release of information should anyone get close to the truth. It was selected because of the similarity of spelling and the similarity to MJ-12. It was designed to confuse memory and to result is a fruitless search for material which did not exist. SOURCE OF MATERIAL CONTAINED IN THE DOCUMENTS WHICH I SAW The source of the material was an ONI counter intelligence operation against MJ-12 in order for the Navy to find out the truth of what was really going on. The Navy (at that time or at least the Navy that I worked for) were not participants in any of this. The different services and the government conduct this type of operation against each other all the time. The result of this operation was that the Navy cut themselves in for a piece of the action (technology) and control of some projects. As you can see this file is only a little different from my previous file. Only some names were scrambled previously to confuse the government long enough for someone to verify that what I have said is the truth. I have added information in this file that puts my life in absolute danger. I have sent a copy of this file to people all over the country and will continue to do so.
